Mobile and Tablet Design.

I have extensive experience designing for mobile and tablet platforms, with a strong focus on responsive and mobile-first design principles. My work ensures that digital experiences are intuitive, scalable, and optimized for varying screen sizes and user contexts. I apply a deep understanding of interaction design, touch-based interfaces, and platform-specific conventions to create seamless, engaging experiences across devices. Equally important is my commitment to accessibility—designing with inclusivity in mind to support users with disabilities. I prioritize WCAG guidelines, ensuring that interfaces are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those who rely on screen readers, voice controls, or other assistive technologies.

EVgo for NRG

The first image displays a mobile app designed for NRG to help users locate EVgo charging stations for their electric vehicles. Through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops, key user and business requirements were identified—such as integrating a real-time map of nearby charging stations and enabling users to manage billing directly through their NRG account, including setting charging limits.

UX skills demonstrated:

  • Stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering

  • User journey mapping

  • Feature prioritization

  • Interaction design for mobile

  • Integration of billing and location-based services

  • Designing for intuitive task flows

Apache Industrial Services

The second application was developed for Apache Industrial Services to support both job seekers and supervisors. The app enabled potential employees to create a profile and search for available job opportunities. On the employer side, supervisors could request workers and manage details such as job location and hours worked. The first image compares a high-fidelity mockup created by the visual design team with an earlier wireframe produced by UX, which was informed by user feedback and research from the initial concept. The following two images highlight the final responsive designs, showing how the same screens adapt to both mobile and tablet formats.

UX skills demonstrated:

  • User research and data synthesis

  • Wireframing and iterative design

  • Responsive and adaptive design for mobile and tablet

  • Workflow and task analysis (for both employee and supervisor roles)

  • Collaboration with visual designers and cross-functional teams

  • Designing for multi-user roles and permissions

  • Prototyping and stakeholder presentations
